The tool installed by the Blackmagic ATEM Switchers executable is the ATEM Software Control. This is an app with a simple interface and few, yet on-point commands. When establishing a connection. The ATEM Mini range support this through the software control panel but the older ATEM's only allow you to manually enter or reset the current time code.Setting the ATEM Timecode can make it easier to. It would appear ( tested on v8.1 ) that the atem control panel software does not respond correctly to non default scaling settings in windows 10.

The default windows factory fresh install sets the scaling to 150%.

This is fine for most apps and allows the 1920x1200 10 inch display to show reasonable size text very clearly.
